Pindang egg is a traditional cuisine which is famous in Indonesia and Malaysia. It is also called as ‘marble eggs’ for it looks like marble. It is similar to Chinese tea eggs. Klepon or kelepon is a traditional cake made of from glutinous rice flour formed like small balls and filled with brown sugar and then boiled in boiling water.
