Getuk is snack made from cassava. Getuk is an easy food to be found in Central Java and East Java. Making of Getuk starting from cassava in peel then steam or boiling, after cooked then crushed or mashed by milled then sweetened sugar and food coloring. For the occasion is usually sprinkled with grated coconut fruit.
