Lobo is a traditional house in Kulawi, Sigi regency, Central Sulawesi. The house functions as a resting place or a court. People in Kulawi also use it as meeting place of the elders or place to do rituals. There are three stages of the house; the below part, in the middle, called as “dalika/padence” is for the local people and the food served for the people who attend the event. The upper part called “kanavari” which clings to the wall is for the elders. The last stage of the house is called “avu/puavhua” which functions as the kitchen. On the ceiling, a horn of cow or buffalo is attached.
