Padang Soup usually use a lot of herbs and fragrant spices that can warm the body and increase appetite. It is suitable for those who have the flu or eaten during the rainy season. It is made of  potatoes, beans, carrots, celery, diced meat, fried onions, garlic, nutmeg, pepper, cinnamon, cloves, star anise, cardamom, -and of course- water and salt.
