Mie Titi is one of special culinary from Makassar. It is dry noodle and topped with seasoned gravy smothered in creamy doughmixed with eggs, accompanied by green vegetables, sliced chicken, squid,mushrooms, liver, giblets, and fried shrimp. The noodles look quite similar to capjay or ifumie.
