Tempoyak can be found in several regions in Sumatra. Each region has its own way to cook it but essentially tempoyak is made of fermented durian. It wont smell like durian anymore though. In Jambi the tempoyak is cooked with catfish and several other Indonesian spice makes it a delectable cuisine.
